Become a Victorian GraveKeeper and manage the Cemetary

In Victorian England, a sickness sweeps across the land, claiming the rich and poor alike. This makes it an excellent time to be a Grave Keeper! Tend the private crypts of the towns four noble families, burying the dead, maintaining grave site, leading funeral processions and fending off grave robbers all in attempt to earn the highest reputation and be known as the best Grave Keeper in town!

Grave Keeper is print & play, roll and write game for 1 or more players!

The game is played over 6 rounds with 4 coloured six-sided dice and a pen/pencil or quill if you feel fancy!  Each of the six rounds consisting of three phases:

• Death: Players will roll the four dice to determine which family members have died
   
• Work: Player will now group the dice into two pairs, using one dice in each pair for its action colour and the other in the pair for its quadrant number giving the player 2 main action per round. Players may use these action to:
  
  1. Bury dead family members in the family crypt! (red action)
  2. Install grave monuments to increase the prestige of your graveyard (yellow action)
  3. Lead funeral processions for the dearly departed, gaining rewards and bonus actions (green action)
  4. Or light the lanterns and hunker down close to ward of potential grave robbers! (blue action)
  
  Players will then gain 1 bonus action, using any one of the four dice for both its action colour and quadrant number.
  
• Rot and Robbery: during the long nights, neglected and unburied bodies will rot and decay, costing the player reputation points at the end of the game. It is also in the dark of night that grave robbers will attack, attempting to steal corpses to sell to unscrupulous surgeons.
  

At the end of the game player will earn reputation points from the four families for how well they have treated their dead, how glorious the funeral processions were, how beautifully decorated the graveyard is and how well defended form defilement their recently passed remain. Players will lose points for rotten, decayed, or desecrated bodies! The Player with the highest total reputation will earn the right to declare themselves the finest Grave Keeper in the land!
